Here Comes the Bride

Season's greetings! 

Its been a while guys, Ive been busy living life to the fullest ;) I photographed my first wedding ever! It was a great experience, I learned so much on that day. I want to share a few things I know would save a lot of brides some time, trouble and to ensure you get the memories you want to save and cherish forever.

 

 

Stay hydrated. 

 We want that skin picture ready, healthy and glowing.

 

Unfortunately, the lack of drinking fluids and not eating in combination with the very hot dresses, can quickly lead to dehydration.  Along with all the activity of the day, which can lead a bride to pass out.

 

Think about the Small Things- Help your photographer out by trying your best to be mindful of the setting of your photos. 

A good photographer and videographer can make any space look beautiful, 

but help them out by removing as many obstacles as possible. 

 

Consult your photographer when creating your schedule for the day. 

To get all the shots you want, enough time needs to be allotted for set up.  Certain shots will only work at certain times of the day.

 

Have details and ideas ready to be discussed, from special family situations like divorces and mobility limitations, to special details you want to make sure are captured. Talk to your photographer in advance.

My Business Cards

The business cards that I designed got here just in time for the beginning of a busy season ahead. The holiday seasons are when people need the most photos taken. I really want to put my best foot forward when I network and connect with people but I also didn't want to be another name on a card they'd forget.

 I'm offering my services so you'll get exactly what you want and more. 

Save money, save time and let me do your design

Use your logo. Make it the largest element on the card.

Keep it simple. Not too much information on the card.

 Include the essentials -- your name, title, company name, address, phone and fax numbers, and email and website addresses.

 Make sure the typeface is easily readable. Stick to one or two colors.

Fremont Street Experience

So excited that fall is on its way. Its my most favorite season of all to say the least I love all seasons.

Bella was a little camera shy as you can see, but she really took a liking towards me after our little stroll along the street. Shooting with Natural Light

Hey All,

Before I even thought about picking up my camera, the first thing I needed to consider is the type of shoot I wanted to undertake. I chose to make natural light portraits. I glanced around to set the location of the shoot. Near any windows or open doors usually works best for me, and gives off beams of natural sun light. Always use the light to your advantage.

 

 

 

 

Summer, Summer, Summer Time!!!

 Its August!! Summer is definitely here in Vegas. Went for a swim this morning . It's made its all time record of a consistent 10 days at 110 degrees. Sheesh! Drink plenty of water and Gatorade to stay hydrated this summer if you are planning to be in the severe heat.
